The house we present is in a small village located in the mountain of Berkovitsa, in the west of Stara Planina. That fact along with the close location to big cities - Sofia, Vraca and Montana, opens the prospects for development of the region as an independent, alpine and sports resort with local and national significance. The sports-tourists zone is situated in the Berkovitza part of Stara Planina from elevation 900 m. to elevation 1940 m. over the see level. Its natural development is from the area of peak Kom towards Berkovitza and Barzia.
Four rooms and a cellar form the total living area of 80 sq. m. The house has electricity, water and external WC. There is a vast garden of 2000 sq. m. currently planted with vine arbor and vegetables. Additional agricultural constructions are available as well.
