It is a quiet village situated in a beautiful hilly-plain area just 5 km away from the town of Sungurlare. The village is peaceful and quiet near two dams and beautiful forest. The area gives good opportunities for fishing, hunting or hiking.
The house is located at the end of the village a quiet neighbourhood. It is a two-storey house 140 sq m with an external staircase. The first floor includes an entrance hall, corridor, bathroom, two bedrooms, glazed terrace and larder. The second floor consists of entrance hall, corridor, kitchen and three bedrooms.
