Small cute cottage with big garden is located in a village some 30 km from the town of Montana and approximately 3 km from the nearest town of Chiprovci. The land of the property borders a streamlet, and on the other side is the forest. The village is picturesque and quiet, perfect for relaxation near the famous Chiprovski Monastery.
The house is a brick built one and consists of 2 good sized rooms and a glazed veranda; 50 sq m living area in total.
There is no bathroom and WC, but they could be build. The rooms are in good condition and needs only refreshment.
