  • First installment - 30 % of the asking price when signing the Preliminary contract
  • Second installment - 30 % of the asking price when the second concrete slab is completed
  • Third installment - 30 % of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
  • Fourth installment - 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is issued

Building starts in January 2009.
