A House Close To Danube

A house close to Danube…
This house is situated in a village by a river and only 20 km away from the border with Romania. This natural border is actually the river of Danube that crosses whole Europe. The location of the house is good because there is a smaller river passing by the village and you don’t have to go all the way to Danube just to fish. Hunting is popular in the area too.
The house has two floors with four rooms and a basement. It’s a solid brick made house which makes reconstructing it easier.
There are sheds built in the yard which is 800 sq. m big.
The location is good not only for the beautiful surroundings but also because it’s only 35 km away from the big city of Pleven. That way you’ll have a quiet place to rest but if you feel like going to the city it will only take you half an hour to get there.
