The house is located in Sredna Gora mountain, just 3 km from the village of Belitsa, 18 km from Vakarel in the direction to Panagyurishte and 45 km from the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia. The last 2 km to the house is a dirt road.
The property is situated in an extremely beautiful area, surrounded with oak forests. During the summer season there are a variety of herbs and mushrooms. The nature is preserved and unspoiled.
The plot has electricity, but no water. About 50 meters away there is a fountain. The yard is filled with fruit trees - prunes, apples, cherries, walnuts and more. The toilet is outside.
The villa consists of a kitchen, a bedroom and a living room. It is sold with all the furniture, as can be seen from the photos.
