Two development lands for sale near Pernik

This is another investment offer for two parcels for sale at the entrance of a nice village near Pernik.

The village is part of Pernik municipality, Pernik region. The municipality comprises the Perniska hollow at the upper valley of Struma. In terms of climate, Pernik is within the temperate continental climate zone. In the regions are built many chalets, and the village has a resort centre with mineral water. Nearby there are few lakes. The longest cave in Bulgaria - Duhlata - is in the Pernik region. The area is very attractive - perfect for relaxation and for your new family home in Bulgaria.

Both parcels which are for sale are situated on the main road which enters the village. The plots have agricultural status and before you start any construction works first you will have to change it to regulation. That should be easy since there is regulation just nearby. After changing the status, the plots would become perfect for building a large hose, nice family hotel, gas station or any other. The parcels are 620 sq m and 800 sq m in size. From the lower end they border the river and at the upper corner they face the main asphalted road.
