Vacation house for sale near the capital Sofia

The house is located in a cottage area, just above a picturesque village in Gorna Malina municipality.

The property is about 30 km east of Sofia, in proximity to the main the Sub Balkan Road, at the foothills of Eastern Sredna Gora Mountain. It is about 850 m above sea level. It can be reached by a dirt forest road. There is a river and a train stop in the immediate vicinity (5 min walk).

The house sits in a quiet and secluded location, with a deciduous forest to the west, a beautiful view with a meadow and a river to the east, and some virgin hills to the north and south. In the summer it is a sufficiently cool place to be and the winter is mild and calm.

The house is timber-built. It was built in 1985. The total living area is 58 sq m. It consists of a living room, two bedrooms and a large veranda on the east side. About two years ago, a storage room was added on the north side - 8 sq m.

The parcel is 730 sq m in size. It is terraced, cultivated with fruit trees, apples, pears, cherries, sour cherries, plums and two huge walnuts. There are also raspberries, blackberries and a few vines. There is an external toilet at the lower end and an outdoor summer bath.
