The house is located in a village in Slivnitsa municipality, only 30 km from the city of Sofia. There is year-round access to the property, The infrastructure in the village is kept in good condition.
The house has two floors and an area of 76 sq m. The construction is brick, finished in 1995. The building is in excellent condition, furnished and ready to move in. It only needs minor cosmetic repairs. The house was only used for vacations during the summer period.
