The property is located in a cozy village in the far northeast of Bulgaria.

The village takes part in Balchik municipality, Dobrich region. It is located 25 km to the northwest from the town of Dobrich. The Black Sea coast is just 25 km away.

In the village there is a library, a pub, a cafe, a food shop, a church. There are about seven English families that already have bought houses in the village. The population numbers to 300 people.

The property is built on a plot with a total area of about 1200 sq m. In the garden there are two residential buildings – larger house with area of about 70 sq m and a smaller one of 40 sq m. The overall condition of the main house is good and it only needs renovation, however, the small building needs to be rebuilt.

There is electricity on the property. There is no internal water in the house, but it can be easily connected.
