The house is located at the outskirts of Shumen, only 8 km from its center.
The building is brick construction with a concrete slab between the floors. It was built in 1972. There are two floors - each is 90 square meters and consists of an entrance hall, large corridor, 3 large rooms, kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor has partially replaced PVC windows. The second floor has a panoramic view and a very large terrace overlooking the courtyard.
The yard is 1200 sq m. It includes vines, fruit trees (walnuts, cherries, apples, plums and a hazelnut).
The property is very convenient both for permanent living and for weekends. It offers peace, quietness, fresh air and opportunities for a healthy lifestyle. It is far from the noisy towns, but close to civilization - undoubtedly, the best option nowadays.
