Solid, two-storey house with a large yard in eastern Bulgaria.
The house is situated in a developed village just 8 km from the town of Shumen, extremely preferable for living in recent years. The built area of the property is 120 sq m and the yard area is 1350 sq m.
The house comprises of two parts, with the following distribution: a corridor with two rooms, a transitional door to the other part of the house, where there is a kitchen, two rooms a basement, a bathroom and a toilet.
The foundations of the house are made of stone. Renovations has been started for the 1st level - plasterboard, new PVC joinery and internal insulation. Needs finishing repairs.
