The house is located in a picturesque village 27 km north of Pleven and 33 km south of Lovech. The capital Sofia is 140 km southwest of the village.
The village has a town hall, a church, primary school, kindergarten, shops, taverns, pharmacy and a pensioner’s club. Medical assistance you can get from the hospitals in Pleven. Bus transportation connects the village with the other settlements. The settlement has about 800 inhabitants. It offers good conditions for agriculture, fruit growing and fishing.
The house was built in 1973. It consists of a basement and a main residential floor. The main floor comprises of 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, guest room and a bathroom. The toilet is external. The total living area of the house is 113 sq m.
