Brick house with large yard, located about 60 km from the sea and Varna.
The village is large enough, having a population of about 500 people. It is set in about 45-minute drive from the beach and the International airport in Varna. The offered house has one residential floor and a basement floor. The basement floor comprises of three separate rooms, a corridor and a lounge with a sink with running water. The residential floor consists of three rooms, a corridor, a lounge and a glazed terrace.
The house is supplied with electricity and water inside. The toilet is external and a there is a separate structure for the bathroom.
The house is set in the center of the village near several shops, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, a post office and a school. There are several fishing dams in the area. The place is ecologically clean, with nice nature and views.
