This is a , one-storey house with good size garden close to Danube River.
The house comes with an annex, having a total living area of 100 sq m. The house consists of four bedrooms, a bathroom (needs to be renovated), a storage room, a kitchen and a basement. The garden is with size 900 sq m. In it, there is a garage and fruit trees.
The house has not been taken care for the last few years and need attention . However the roof does not leak and the general condition is good.
The village is occupied with many British and Russian families. It has about 2000 inhabitants. The house is about 1000 meters from the Danube River.
