This is a perfect, one-storey house with all the available equipment and vast yard close to Danube River.
The house comes with an annex, having a total living area of 100 sq m. The house consists of four bedrooms, a bathroom (needs to be renovated), a storage room, a kitchen and a basement. The garden is with size 900 sq m. In it, there is a garage and fruit trees.
