The property is situated in a peaceful village, included in Ruzhintsi municipality, Vidin district. The village lies in between Montana (40 km) and Vidin (44 km). The town of Belogradchik lies at 30 km and Lom is at 25 km. There is very convenient public transport. There are regular buses to Sofia in every 4 hours and there is also a railway station - 1000 m from the village. The Lom River is 300 meters from the house.

The total size of the property is 900 sq m. The total living area of the house is 100 sq m. Besides the main house, in the yard there are several small farm buildings. The house consists of three rooms. The building was finished in year 1978.

The property also includes s a well, which does not dry in the hot summer months!

There is no theft in the village and it is quite calm.
