The house is located in the center of the village on its main road.
The total living area is 80 sq m. The building consists of four rooms and a corridor. There is no internal bathroom, however there is a basement, which is an ideal option for making an internal bathroom! Adjacent to the main house there is a small adobe building with two rooms. It is supplied with water inside.
The yard is 2000 sq m. In the yard there is a well with water, lots of fruit trees and shrubs.
Near the house there is a river. The distance to it is about 8 minutes walk. The river offers great opportunities for swimming, sunbathing and fishing. In close vicinity there is also a lake where you can go fishing (9 km). The place is an ideal for rest and relaxation. The nearest town is Belogradchik - 26 km, to the town of Montana is at 53 km, the town of Lom is 40 km, the town of Vidin at 60 km.
