The house is located in north-western Bulgaria, in Markesh Municipality, Vidin district. It is about 47 km south west from the town of Vidin.
The village is small, but there is a store and regular public transport. Nearby there is a beautiful lake. The nature is clean and there isn’t much traffic around. Close by there are the famous Belogradchik Rocks.
The offered house is one-story, brick construction. It consists of four large rooms, a lounge and a premise which can be a bathroom. Its total living area is 86 sq m.
