Rural house for sale near Burgas

We are selling a rural property located in the center of a nice village, which is about 30 km from Burgas. The area around offers an incredible combination of mountain, forest and lake (there are two reservoirs nearby). Not far away there is a medieval fortress Rusokastro and the Thracian sanctuary Rusina Dupka, which makes this an ideal place not only for living, but also for vacationing and fishing.

The residential building has two floors. It was finished in year 1970, brick construction. The total living area is 96 sq m and the size of the yard is 2910.

The property stands on two asphalted streets, which provide easy access at any time of the year. The house needs major renovation.

Adjacent to the house in the yard there is a brick outbuilding. The property has electricity, water supply, and there is a bore hole in the garden.
