The house is located in Stara Planina Mountain, at 20 km away from the town of Botevgrad. The property is in the center of a small, neat village, accessible all year around.
The property has an area of 2000 sq m, and comprises of two houses. One of the houses is situatable for living. It was already partially insulated. The finishing materials are available. The water supply system has been replaced, as well as the joinery.
