This is a semi-furnished, two-storey house located southeast from the city of Plovdiv. The property is situated in a large, very well developed village in Parvomai municipality, Plovdiv district. It is about 50 km from the city.
The house is in very good condition. It has two floors and consists of three rooms, a large living and a large terrace on the second floor. The window joinery has been replaced and new blinds on every window. The floor covers are laminate and linoleum.
