Two-storey house located in a quiet village in a 40 min drive from Sofia.
The village is included in the municipality of Botevgrad, Sofia District. It lies 10 km to the north from Botevgrad and 75 km to northeast from the capital – Sofia.
The building is built in 1982. It has total living area of 130 sq m and the following layout: First floor -kitchen with living room, bedroom, corridor, laundry room and a bathroom with toilet. Inside staircase leads to the second floor, which consists of two bedrooms, a storage room, a room with bathroom and toilet and a large terrace.
