This an authentic, rural house located in the foot of Stara Planina Mountain. The house is over 100 years old, characterized with its unique architectural heritage.
The property is located in a picturesque mountain village, about 12 km away from the town of Troyan. A quality-asphalted road accesses the village, and a dirt road of 300 meters leads to the house itself. The plot is 1807 sq m in size, flat, planted with old Balkan varieties of fruit trees, and in addition to the house, there are five small buildings, two sheds and a barn. The plot is fenced with unique old wall, that separates it from the road, but it also needs restoration.
The house is finished with wooden beams and mud bricks. It comes with a unique furnace suitable for barbecue and many antique furniture and items. The basement is very large and is suitable for rebuilding a Tavern. Electricity and water are available.
Next to the property, there are few other old houses, which were renovated and are now used for guesthouses. The village lies about 700 meters above sea level and is characterized by its unique fresh air, privacy and cultural heritage - perfect choice for a person who wants to break away from the hectic everyday life and immerse himself in the magic of the Balkan Mountains.
