We are pleased to present to your attention this two-storey Revival style house. It is located in a quiet village, east of the town of Kyustendil, in the folds of the Konyavska Mountain. The house sits on an asphalt street near the center of the village.
The property has a living area of 85 sq m. It is built on a plot of 1640 sq m. The house was inhabited until the spring of 2021. It was partially repaired, as you can see on the photos (new electrical wiring, PVC windows, cement floor in the kitchen, etc.).
Flat yard with fertile land and fruit trees. There are two outbuildings within the property. The house is supplied with electricity and has drinking water. At about 200 m there is a spring.
