Old house for sale near Bratsigovo

The property is located in a beautiful mountain village about 4 km from the municipal center town of Bratsigovo.

The house is very old, stone and adobe built, two-storey. Next to the house there is an external garage, and in the yard, there are many additional farm buildings for farm animals and a large barn for hay. The yard is accessed from the street via a large wooden gate, which fits a car.

The first floor of the house comprises of one room, which is suitable for living. On the first floor there is also a large basement, and a kitchenette for summer cooking. Next to the front door there is a toilet, but no bathroom. The second floor is about 30 square meters and consists of a wooden staircase, corridor and two rooms.

The yard is about 400 square meters. The house is suitable for vacation, although it requires full renovation. It was built around 1900.

The village is lively and peaceful.
