The property is situated at a distance of 9 km from the city and only 10 min by car from the cathedral in the center of Varna. It is also 80 m from the main road leading to the city and 30 m from Varna Lake. In the immediate vicinity there is a forest. The area is an Ideal combination of greenery, water and silence.
