Unfinished house with an area of 220 sq m and a yard of 2785 sq m located in a developed village 33 km from Varna, 31 from the international airport and 1 km from the Historical Park. The house is on rough stage of construction and requires finishing. The foundations are made of cut stone, brick walls. The roof has been completely renovated and repaired.
The house is facing south-west, with nice panorama. The property is supplied with electricity and water. In the yard there is a well, old walnut trees, fruit trees, a greenhouse. The project includes two garages and a studio with a warm connection to the house.
According to the project the house can have the following distribution:

The village lies in northeastern Bulgaria, Vetrino municipality, Varna district. It is quiet and peaceful, not far from the hills of Stara Planina. Next to the village is the largest historical park in the country ("The Historical Park").
