The house is located in a picturesque village, 20 km from the town of Targovishte and 17 km from Omurtag, at the foot of the mountains.
The house has one floor and a total living area of 120 sq m. It consists of 3 large bedrooms, a kitchen, a large "banquet" hall, a bathroom, a toilet and a basement. In the summer you can enjoy the warm evenings under a shed, where there are comfortable benches and tables, as well as two barbecues, an oven and a smoking room.
In the yard there is a well, many fruit and ornamental trees and a vinery with more than 30 vines. The house is fully furnished with new brown PVC windows. There is a garage, summer bathroom, outdoor toilet and many other extras.
The neighboring houses are owned by many families who use them for villas, and some live here permanently. There are no farm animals.
