We offer you a property located in a picturesque, mountain village in southern Bulgaria, part of Smolyan municipality, Smolyan Region.
The village lays on a southern slope, around 20 km northeast of Smolyan and 25 km east of the popular ski resort Pamporovo. Nearby is one of the highest peaks in the region - Prespa with its altitude of 2001 m. The village itself is at an altitude of 1200 m. The population is about 370 inhabitants.
