We offer to your attention an amazing solid house located in a picturesque village about 55 km away from the center of Sofia, 15 km from the town of Svoge. The area is very well known for its clean air.
The house borders a maintained asphalt road which makes it suitable for year-round living. There is electricity and water supply.
The total living area of the house is 260 sq m. Each floor has an area of 72 sq.m, with the follwoing distribution:
Ground floor - two large rooms and a basement.
The first and second floors are identical and consist of - two large rooms of 20 and 25 sq.m each and another transitional room of 21 sq.m. Each of the rooms has large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer wonderful views of the wooded hills opposite.
Third floor - large room with a size of 21 sq.m., and two more rooms with slight ceilings slopes (the lowest point is 1.7m). There is a VELUX skylight in each of the two side rooms. Above the large room, there is another attic room with slopes that can be used for storage. It can be accessed from the corridor, where there is a ceiling opening.
The second floor is plastered and has a wooden floor, which is in very good condition. The rest needs finishing.
The area boasts extremely beautiful nature and attracts tourists all year round. The village is surrounded by peaks with mixed forests and high cliffs, which are regularly visited by climbers. Mountaineering competitions are also held very often. The terrain is also suitable for off-road enthusiasts.
