We bring to your attention this wonderful vacation house located close to Sofia. The property is set in a picturesque village in Svoge district, about 20 km north of Sofia.
The house is in very good condition, renovated. It has a new roof, built-in fireplace with a water jacket that heats the entire property. The window joinery is new PVC. There is inside bathroom and toilet. All the rooms have been renovated internally, except for the kitchen and the hallway, both of which are also in relatively good condition. Only external insulation is required.
Distribution:
- Ground floor - a basement where the fireplace is.
- First floor - large terrace, entrance hall, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and living room.
- Second floor - reached via external stairs, consists of one large room with a loft bed and a smaller one used as a closet. This floor benefits with hidden internal insulation, under a beautiful layer of wood.

The house is located in a nice vacation area. The road to the property is asphalt and about 300 m of dirt, but solid road. In the winter, it is good to have a 4x4 car. The neighbors live there all year-round.
