We bring to your attention this wonderful house located in an ecologically clean area, within vicinity to the city of Samokov and the mountain resort of Borovets.
The village is quiet, very well developed. There are quite a few young people, several well-stocked grocery stores, kindergarten, community center, a church, a park. Samokov is only ten minutes by car, and the slopes of Borovets are visible from the house. Sofia is just 40 km away. The access is via an asphalt road.
The house has two floors and a basement. Its total living area is 260 sq m. The layout inside is as follows:
Ground floor - wet room, boiler room, WC and a 40 sq m room suitable for a tavern, a gym or a storage.
