The Lodge is located at end of the lake and sits on 3214 sq m of land. It is on three floors - on the first one there is a hallway, large dining room, kitchen and toilet. On the second floor there are two apartments, each comprising of two rooms and a bathroom. On the third floor there are four room and two more bathrooms. Aside next to the Lodge there is an additional building with two more rooms
The lake is a large 250,000 sq. meters. It has silted up quite a bit over the years and further to that there is a break in the dam, will need some clearing to bring back to its former glory and lessen the effects of summer drying. There are 2 access roads to the property - one of 2.5 kms and the other of 800 metres from the asphalt road. The property will attract those keen on nature and clean environment, especially now, when the rural and eco tourism gain popularity in Bulgaria.
