Aside next to the Lodge there is an additional building with two more rooms

The lake is a large 250,000 sq. meters. It has silted up quite a bit over the years and further to that there is a break in the dam, will need some clearing to bring back to its former glory and lessen the effects of summer drying. There are 2 access roads to the property - one of 2.5 kms and the other of 800 metres from the asphalt road.
