This is a newly built house, located in a villa zone at the distance of 12 km from Varna and just 4 km from the resort Golden Sands. The area is located on a plateau above the Aladzha monastery. It is part of the Nature Park Golden Sands and attracts with its incredible views of sea and forest. The area is quiet, calm, clean and beautiful. It consists of low buildings and much greenery.
