This property is located in north-east Bulgaria at 5 km from Varna - Bourgas highway. It is situated in the middle of a peaceful village 50 km from the city of Varna, 25 km. from the Black Sea Coast and the Shcorpilovtsi Sea Resort. The beautiful Lake of Tsonevo is located just 15 km away and the River Kamchia is at 5 km.
