The house is located in the center of a peaceful village about 20 min by car from Varna on the highway.
The whole parcel is 1200 sq m and the size of the house is 120 sq m. In the yard, besides the main building there is also a shed connected to electricity, an agricultural building (barn) made of brick and stone, well, many fruit trees - 2 walnuts, 1 white and 2 red cherries, apple, pear, fig, horsetail, hazelnut, vines, etc.
The house is divided into two parts. One has two rooms with fireplace, L-shaped kitchen and a bathroom. The other part consists of one room with a stove, a small kitchen, a large closet, a laundry room, a bathroom and a toilet.
The building has completely replaced roof 5-6 years ago. There is a new shed finished 3 years ago. The house needs some refreshment, but it is suitable for living as is.
