House for sale near Svoge

This is an old adobe built house for sale situated in a picturesque village in the mountains near Svoge town.
The house consists of one residential floor with two rooms and a kitchen above a spacious basement. The house was restored, but is not habitable. It needs repair although the floor and roof are solid and the beams are restored. There is an electricity line, but the electricity is stopped. Unfortunately there is no water, but it could be connected. The nearest water source is about 400 meters away. The property is built on a large rock. There is a garden of 1, 2 acres - part of it is a forest. The yard has a slope of 45 degrees (steep) and the house is located above the hillside with stunning mountain views. The whole yard is overgrown with young pine trees.
The Iskar Gorge is very beautiful and the air is one of the most cleanest in Bulgaria. It is only 40 kilometers from Sofia. The road is paved, but there are about 2 km of dirt road through the mountains. The property is very suitable for recreation or a hunting lodge. There are neighbors - 4 houses.
