This is an amazing, stone-built rural house, located in south-eastern Bulgaria. It is set in a developed village in the vicinity of the Turkish and Greek borders, only 11 km from Svilengrad.
The house is stone-built. It is on two floors – ground floor and residential floor. Each floor comprises of three rooms and a small corridor. One of the rooms on the ground floor has terracotta flooring. The roof is new and the window joineries are aluminum. The total living area of the house is 60 sq m.
The yard is terraced and has limestone walkways. It benefits with garden lighting, barbecue, many fruit trees and vines, ornamental shrubs, hazelnut and bamboo. The size of the plot is 852 sq m.
