This property is located in a small town in proximity to Sofia on the international highway E80 Belgrad - Istanbul. The town has easy connection to the capital - by bus, route taxis and by train. There is small airport, but at the moment it is not working as such. In the weekends there are organized races with cars, drag racing, tuning shows, motor festivals etc.

The house is situated 12 km away from the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia and 100 meters from the International road E80. It is on an asphalted road with easy access during the whole year. There is also a small dam just 300 meters away with perfect conditions for fishing.
