Reborn is the interest in the land for construction of residential buildings in Sofia

The quickening of the market of new buildings in Sofia and the growth in transactions "on the green" in the first quarter of 2014 have increased the interest of investors to the plots of land for construction of residential buildings in Bulgaria.

The most sought are the parcels with the possibility of construction of buildings with a built-up area of 2 thousand up to 7 thousand sq.m.

The investors have interest in properties in neighborhoods with good infrastructure, increasing importance has proximity to an existing or impending subway line.

Traditionally are sought regulated plots of land with a higher coefficient of intensity of development and higher density of construction.

The prices of the plots are on average, 150 euro for sq.m. in the neighborhoods of the capital and around 250 euro – in the central areas, show the data.
