This nice rural house is located in a small picturesque village in western Bulgaria. The village is included in Ihtiman municipality, Sofia District. It is in close proximity to a golf course, a natural reserve and the famous Iskar Lake.
The house is two-storied with total living area of 100 sq m. The living area is distributed between: first floor - brick walls, 70 sq m of living area, comprising a kitchen, storage rooms and a lounge. On the second floor there is a lounge and three more rooms. The bathroom is situated in an additional adjacent outbuilding next to the main house. The WC is outside. There are all communications - electricity and water on both floors. The yard is 1000 sq m in size. There are some additional outbuildings in the yard used for wood stock, workshop or for animals.
The village is well laid out and with maintained infrastructure. There are water supply, electricity and communication networks, no sewerage. There is a town hall, stores. It is about 18 km northwest of Ihtiman, 60 km southeast of Sofia, 53 km northeast of the resort Borovets, 115 km northwest of Plovdiv.
