The house is located in a well developed village part of Svoge municipality, Sofia district. It is just 1 km from the main road which connects Sofia and Svoge (500 meters asphalt and 500 meters dirt road). It is at the distance of 30 km from Sofia and 15 km from Svoge.
The property is surrounded with wire fence. To the west it borders a gully which has a well. The house and yard have southern exposure and very beautiful view. The house is a massive two-storey building (living area 65 m2). On the 1st floor there are 2 rooms and a hallway. There is a working sewer. The 2nd floor comprises an attic premise and a terrace. The walls are finished with plasterboard and wool. The roof was replaced, new beams and insulation. There is no clean water provided yet. There is a plan for building a bathroom with WC next to the house. The yard is 500 m2 in size, there is a shed and a very slight slope to the south.
