This is an excellent house for seasonal use (from early spring until the first snow). It is located only 17 kmfrom the center of Sofia!
The house has solid stone foundations. Its total living area is 96 sq m. The house has two floors (2 rooms per floor) plus an attic, which could be used for living after renovation.Everything inside is in great condition.There is no moisture or mold anywhere! All rooms have beds. There is a refrigerator, electric stove and TV.
In the yard, there are additional farm buildings - bathroom, toilet, workshop and gardening facilities, a large tank with a pump for watering and washing.There is also a garden with fruit trees and other greenery.
Unfortunately, there is no central water supply. From the property reveals amazing view of the valley.
