The house is located in a cozy village, in Sevlievo municipality, Gabrovo region. The village has very strategic location - close to the main road Sofia - Varna, and close to towns of Veliko Tarnovo, Dryanovo, Sevlievo and Gabrovo.
The house has a total living area of 70 sq m. The size of the garden is 700 sq m. In the garden there are also few additional farm buildings, as well as another small old house made entirely of stone.
The main house is authentic, built in the 1920s. The foundations are made of stone. Inside the house consists of two rooms on the first floor, plus a small room that can be used as a closet or a second bathroom/toilet. On the second floor there are four more rooms, plus a small terrace.
The house has a fully renovated roof.
