This is a beautiful rural property situated in northern Bulgaria in the vicinity of Ruse and the Danube River.
The property consists of two houses and a spacious yard. The first house (70 sq m) was built in 1959 and consists of two rooms, a lounge and a corridor. The second house (50 sq m) was built in 1990 and consists of one room, hallway, bathroom and a toilet. At the back of this house there is a summer kitchen.
The property also comprises with another, separate old house that is used for a storage, few additional farm buildings and a cemented area for a garage.
The yard is very large – over 1400 sq m in size. One third of the garden is an orchard. The other part is planted with fruit trees and vines. The rest is covered with grass and there is a greenhouse.
The property is connected to electricity and water. The village is 33 km from Ruse.
