The offered house is located in the Natural Park “ Rusenski Lom", in a cozy village, 30 km away from the town of Ruse.
The house consists of two floors. On the first floor there is a small bathroom with WC, hallway and a large living room with kitchenette in the old style – 40 sq m. The whole premises is made of stone and will include fireplace. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, bathroom and a toilet.
In the garden there is a barbecue with shed - appropriate place for picnic and entertainment. The house has 5 cm insulation, PVC windows, new electrical wiring, new plumbing, entirely new roof.
The surroundings of the village are full with places for picnic or walks. During the day you can go fishing. Nearby is the medieval Bulgarian town of Cherven - one of the most significant military, administrative, religious and cultural centers of the Second Bulgarian State. The cave Orlova Chuka is also in close vicinity.
