The offered rural property is located in a peaceful village in northern Bulgaria. The village is included in Byala Municipality, Rousse Region.
The settlement is 66 km from Rousse, 13 km from the town of Byala, 38 km from the town of Svishtov and 240 km from the city of Sofia. The village is provided with electricity, water supply and all communications. There is a town-hall, a post office, a community centre, church, a stadium and stores.
