The offered property is located in the famous sea resort and town of Pomorie. The resort is famous for its unique nature which makes it an attractive place for year-round recreation and treatment of various diseases. The town is situated on a peninsula which stretches 3.5 km in to the Black Sea. The resort is only 20 km away from Bourgas and 18 km away from the most famous Bulgarian resort Sunny Beach.
