The house is located in a village in south-west Bulgaria, Sofia district in the northern part of the Zlatitsa-Pirdop kettle, 8 km northeast from town of Pirdop, 20 km from town of Koprivshtitsa and 90 km east from the capital city Sofia. The view from the village to the mountain peaks of the main Balkan ridge is simply unforgettable. The dam of Dushantsi is only 3 km from the village and it is built on the Topolnitsa River.
The house is massive on two floors built from red brick in the year 1979. It is in proximity to the center of the village and next to a stop of the public transport.
